Livery Variants
Do note that as buses are maintained over the years, sometimes the liveries (particularly the fleet numbers when large advertisements are placed) are altered so they don’t quite match their siblings. These ‘one-offs’ aren’t included here, this summary covers the liveries the buses had in their original spec (to the best of my knowledge).
Do note that the ‘numbers in fleet’ stat may be inaccurate for liveries as these buses are being refurbished and repainted currently, though I will update it every so often (Last Updated: 8th Oct ’19).
Not included in this section (as there are none currently in the fleet): Perth CAT livery, original Rockingham City Shuttle livery
Green/Black Inverted
The ‘original’ livery for the OCs, this livery featured on almost all OCs before their refurbishment. There was a minor variation on the driver’s side, on some early buses the fleet numbers were located behind the front wheel (matching the other side), but all buses with this variation have long since been repainted.
- Produced: Aug ’03 – Jan ’10
- Number produced (originally): 382
- Number in fleet: 0 (all have been refurbished and repainted)
- Fleet numbers (remaining):
- None
- Withdrawn: 1237, 1252, 1372, 1388, 1593, 1610, 1854
- Depots: Fremantle, Karrinyup, Malaga, Welshpool
Silver/Black Fleet Numbers
This livery features on the latest OCs, seeing the green stripe moved up to below the windowline as is on most other Transperth buses by now. On the drivers side these buses have a white fleet number in the green strip next to the front door which can make them easy to confuse with the later green/white livery, but the font is a different style, and smaller.
- Produced: Feb ’10 – Dec ’10
- Number produced: 71
- Number in fleet: 69 (being refurbished and repainted)
- Fleet numbers (originally):
- 1988-1999
